Tim Brown and Carol Decker are the owners of the company. Both have held executive level jobs in their 20+ year careers in industry before starting their own business.
Mr. Brown and Ms. Decker have accounting degrees from Penn State and Minnesota State University-Mankato, respectively. Mr. Brown is also a CPA. Both owners have significant and varied experience in the service and distribution industries. We specialize in customized and creative packaging solutions for your fulfillment, online stores or employee recognition programs.
We have the capabilities to warehouse your merchandise and ship your products on an as needed basis. We ship UPS, FedEx and can palletize and ship your larger orders via trucking company, saving you freight costs.
We work with you and your suppliers to make sure that everyone is on the same page. If we receive merchandise that is not of the quality we believe it should be, we will call you and either ship examples to you or send digital photos of the defective products. We are large enough to handle all your fulfillment jobs, but small enough to be flexible and work around problems that arise and meet your deadlines!
